These quarterly seasonal Newsletters are designed to feature your own business
whether you are an exterior home improvement dealer or an interior design/build firm specializing in kitchens and baths. Any text or pictures you decide to substitute can be added by a commercial quality printer to the layout style we have included in this Kit.

"From the President" column - We've written a suggested column with your thoughts called "From The President". You'll want to substitute a few paragraphs that personalize your own comments to customers and prospects.
"New Products" articles - You will probably want to feature a regular column on "New Products" and use excerpts and quotations from vendors' catalogs, brochures and web sites.
"Before" and "after" photographs - Feel free to substitute any new product photos or "before and after" pictures of jobs you'd like to showcase.
"Group photo of employees" - Customers like to know who they are working with. A close-up group picture of yourself and your sales team or installation crew would be nice to include.
"Promotions, Contests and Trips" - Your newsletter is the place to feature details on how to enter a contest, win a trip and show a photo of the lucky winners. Include an entry blank and your e-mail address, too!
"Testimonials" - Encourage your past and present customers to send in their testimonials and reward those who give you referrals. There's no limit to what can go into your Newsletters.
"Promote your Web Site" - Consider sending out regular seasonal Newsletters as electronic e-mail mailings. Be sure to encourage your "acres of diamonds" to visit your web site for special online offers.
